Care: Wash in warm water with a mild dish soap before first use and after each use. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Do not use abrasive dishwashing detergents, steel wool or other coarse products that may scratch the product. Dishwasher safe (top rack only), but for a longer product life, we recommend hand washing with a mild dish soap. If washing in the dishwasher, place the knife flat to prevent potential deformation.

Avoid impacts or drops that could damage the edge, structure, or surface of the metal part. Some foods may cause discolouration of the product. Color changes of the product do not affect its functionality and are not grounds for a claim. We recommend not using for food warmer than 45°C, risk of scalding. Before each use, check that all parts of the product are in order and dispose of it if there are signs of wear and tear. Keep packaging and unused parts out of the reach of children.
